Synopsis[]
Mike the Microphone announces “Here they come, Elmo and Mickey Mouse!” Then they arrived with Pterano, Rainbow Dash, Elsa [from We're back a Dinosaur's story], Barney the dinosaur in a airplane, Pedro and Jay Jay and say hello to the guests and today’s flying day. Everyone was excited for today but Scootaloo doesn’t know how to fly, Scootaloo know how she felt about flying the last time when she wants to fly, but now its Scootaloo's turn to learn how to fly so he calls one of the Disney and PBS Kids characters and others who can fly to help Big Bird. Scuttle, Petrie, Tiny Pteranodon, and other pals like Iago and Zazu can help by teaching Scootaloo how to fly.

After that first cartoon-Elmo imagines he can fly, first Scuttle and Petrie try to teach Scootaloo by doing a wing flap but that didn’t work. Second Iago tried to teach Scootaloo by using a balloon but it doesn’t work. Third Zazu tried to teach her by dropping off the rock but it’s not working. Fourth Archimedes try to teach Scootaloo by doing a parachute jump but it’s not working. Fifth Skully try to teach her by doing a jump flap. Sixth Timothy and Dumbo try to teach her by using a magic feather to fly. Eventually, Scootaloo's feet were off the floor. Seventh Victor, Hugo and Laverne tried to teach Scootaloo by doing a combination of some of the previous tests. Eighth one of the Seven Little Monsters, One tried to teach Scootaloo by doing a plank jump. Then, Elsa Pterodactyl tries to help Scootaloo, second, Tiny Pteranodon helps, as does Friend Owl and Batty Koda.

After that next cartoon, Scootaloo reminded Jake, Skully parrot, Peter Pan and Tinker Bell that they were her only hope who taught him how to fly the last time and they are Scootaloo's only hope who can teach him how to fly so they get to work to throw some fairy dust on Scootaloo and he finally learned how to fly as she floated to ceiling and fly around the club by singing “You Can Fly” and the rest of the characters who can fly with Big Bird including Donald and Scootaloo who can fly again. After that whole flying, Big Bird thanked Peter and Tinker Bell for the pixie dust. Even Donald learned how to fly again. Mike the Microphone announced that House of Mouse is sponsored by “Pteranodon Family's Flying Set" before Mickey and Elmo sign off with a "See you next time".
